Dr. Lurline Grant is a duly ordained Elder and Youth Pastor at His Abiding Presence Evangelistic Ministries Inc. Portchester, New York.
Elder Lurline, as she's affectionately called, is a teacher of the Word. She teaches a broad spectrum of students, from as young as preschoolers whom she teaches as a Christian Based Home Schooling facilitator; through to adults whom she trains and equip as ministry workers at the International Accelerated Missions Bible School New York. A graduate of the Family of Christ Theological Seminary Bronx, New York and Canon Theological Seminary Florida, Dr. Grant holds a Bachelors in Theology majoring in Christian Education, a masters in theology majoring in Christian Psychology and Counseling, and a Doctorate in Theology with a Church History major. Elder Lurline received her calling to women's ministry in the year 2000 at a dance conference held in the Bahamas. This was later confirmed by another prophetic utterance at a meeting in the Bronx. Since then, she has been speaking occasionally at various women's conferences. Elder Lurline is a worship dance director, trainer, and speaker. Also, she's a youth discipleship training director and volunteer trainer. She has published her first book, "Obedience the Key to Unlocking God's Faithfulness," along with an accompanying journal. Elder Lurline is also the board chair for a migrant based non-for profit organization. |
